The NXP LPC313x series combines a 180MHz ARM926EJ-S CPU core, High Speed USB 2.0 OTG, up to 192KB SRAM, NAND flash controller, flexible external bus interface, four channel 10-bit A/D, and a myriad of serial and parallel interfaces in a single chip targeted at consumer, industrial, medical, and communication markets. The LPC313x series was launched as the industry's lowest-cost ARM9 microcontrollers with high-speed (480Mbps) USB 2.0 On-The-Go with integrated PHY.
