Future Designs, Inc. Socket Adapter Board for USB In-Circuit Programmer for LPC900 (USB-ICP-SAB9)Introduction
The USB-ICP-SAB9 Socket Adapter Board extends the capability of the popular USB In-Circuit Programmer for LPC900 microcontrollers.
It allows you to program and test the microcontrollers outside of their application circuit and before prototype boards are available.
The SAB9 features its flexible support for the TSSOP, HVSON10, HQVFN28, and DIP8-DIP28 packages for NXP's LPC900 microcontrollers as well as support for the NXP 5V P89V52xxA 80C51 microcontrollers.
With the SAB9's ability to bring out all signals from every socket to two 14-pin, 100 mil headers, this Socket Adapter Board allows you to prototype with parts that are difficult to mount, such as the HVSON10 and HQVFN28.
You can load any supported microcontroller into a socket and connect it to their application with only a few jumper wires, or you can construct breadboard prototypes and connect them as daughter cards directly to the SAB9.
The USB-ICP-SAB9 Socket Adapter Board plugs directly into the USB In-Circuit Programmer for LPC900 microcontrollers, and thus requires the USB-ICP-LPC9xx.
