Diffusion centers

All our Standard ICs diffusion centers are certified according to ISO9000/QS9000 quality requirements and to ISO14001 environmental requirements.

The following table gives an overview of the diffusion centers of different product families and lists the code used for each center.

The diffusion center code is the first letter of the 3rd line of the package markings.

The diffusion code is also found on the product identification labels as the first letter of the Product Manufacturing Codes (PMC) line.
