Signal line with an in line n-channel MOS switch to turn the digital signal on and off.
When the OE' pin is low, the associated bus switch is on and Port A is connected to Port B.
When OE' is high, the switch is open, and a high-impedance state exists between the two ports.
These type of devices will have either flow through pinout (in on one side and out on the other) or both the input and output will be on the same side of the package.
Options included in these types of configurations are internal level shifting diode (D), Schottky diode clamping (S), and BIAS V CC precharge.
