SSTL family overview

The SSTL16857 and SSTL16877 are 14-bit SSTL_2 registered drivers that provide Double Data Rate (DDR) SDRAM address and control signals. The SSTL16857 is suited for operation at 3.3V V_CC and the SSTL16877for operation at 2.5V V_CC. These registered drivers are optimized for use with the PCK857 (3.3V V_CC) and PCK877 (2.5V V_CC) PLLs from NXP Semiconductors. The SSTL16877 and PCK877 support the JEDEC DDR1 and DDR1.5 standards.
