CBT family overview

Introduction
NXP CBT bus switches are optimized for individual applications such as live insertion/hotplugging and SDRAM / DIMM switching. For example, our precharged output CBTs (CBT6810 and CBT6820) have Schottky diodes to avoid undershoot from the hotplug slot. Our non-live insertion CBTs (CBT3384) also have Schottky diodes to avoid undershoot for improved signal integrity.
In order to support SDR PC133 DIMM switching, our multiplexer/demultiplexer CBTs (CBT16292) have minimal propagation delays. Our 10K Ohm pull-down resistor CBTs (CBT3857) have a 20-30 Ohm temperature insensitive output impedance to support DDR PC200 and PC266 SDRAM switching.
