ALVC family overview

Introduction
With typical propagation delays of less than 3ns, ALVC devices are perfect for use in memory buffering, multiplexing, and for interfacing with 3.3V synchronous DRAMs. Furthermore, given a standard 24mA drive capability at 3.3V and a static power consumption of 40uA or less, ALVC is ideal for all types of low-power/low-voltage applications.
Another feature the ALVC family offers is the ability to directly interface with LVTTL levels. Additionally, ALVC devices are specified for operation from -40°C to 85°C, feature flow-through standard pin-out architecture, and exhibit low inductance, low noise, and low ground bounce properties.
The ALVC family also offers bus hold and damping resistors as options. This gives designers a wide variety of bus interface functions. This makes them especially attractive for 3V/5V mixed voltage designs.
NXP Semiconductors provides ALVC products that fulfill the PC100 logic interface requirements.
