Advanced logic features
IOFF
IOFF is the power-off leakage current on inputs or outputs when VCC is 0V.
Parts that have this feature have high-impedance inputs and outputs while the power is off.
The current is limited to 10 uA for LVC, AVC, and AUC families and 100 uA for the BiCMOS families mentioned below.
This feature helps support applications that have a suspend or power-down mode and helps support live insertion.
- Available on ABT, ABT(H)16, MultiByteTM, LVC(H)A, LVC(H)16A, LVT, LVT16, ALVT, AVC, and AUC families.
